CLU serves both publicly and privately sponsored students from the entire Los Angeles South Bay community. Students come to the Center struggling with education and/or the mental health issues that sometimes accompany learning differences, and their families are at different phases and stages of managing the special needs of their students.

CLU offers a trans-disciplinary process of intervention, support and education, in a small, familial setting. We surround the middle and high school student, and family, if necessary, with just the right amount of support as they move towards their goals.

CLU's central focus is a student's developmental and academic needs. We accomplish this by collaborating with educators, physicians, psychologists, language specialists, and other experienced professionals in the community.
